General Information

When is check in/check out time?

Check-in at 4pm – Check-out at 12:00 noon

Do you offer early check in?

Yes, when available

Do you allow smoking on property?

No.  We ask guest smoke outside away from the building.

Do you offer complimentary wireless service in the hotel and guest rooms?

Marriott Rewards Members receive complimentary Wifi in room.  Wifi is complimentary for all guests in the lobby, great room and business center.  Wifi is chargeable if you are not a MR member.

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?

We have a Cardio Room and Weight Room.  Hours of operation are 6am – 11pm.  Cardio room has elipical, treadmills, stationary bikes,  water & towels.  Weight room has free weights, yoga mats, fitness balls, weight balls, water & towels.

Do you have a business center?

Yes, just off the lobby.

Do you have a pool?

Indoor and Outdoor pool (typically open between Memorial Day & Labor Day.)  Indoor pool hours are 6am – 11pm.  We also have a whirlpool.

Do you allow pets?

Service animals only

What is included in my rate? 

King or 2 Queen beds with: TV, refrigerator, shower/tub, closet, personal amenities (soap, shampoo, etc).

Does the room have a refrigerator and microwave? 

Refigerators in all rooms.  Microwave available for everyone in the Gift Shop off Front Desk.  We have a few microwaves that are portable and can be requested for your room on a first come, first served basis.

Do you have laundry facilities?

Yes, no charge to guests.

How do I get to the hotel from the airport? 

Easiest is utilizing Uber or Taxi.  About a 20 minute drive in non-rush hour.  Please allow double or more time during rush hours.

Do you offer free shuttle service? 

Yes.  Our shuttle is happy to take you within a one mile radius of the hotel.  Please allow approximately a 15 min. wait time, as the shuttle is first come, first served basis.  Shuttle runs between 7am – 10:45 pm.

Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? 

Complimentary free on-site parking.

Do you have a concierge desk to assist in reservations, tours and area attractions? What are the hours of operation?

Please dial “O” for the At Your Service Representative to assist with dinner & area attraction reservations, recommendations, driving needs, taxi arrangements, valet services, laundry services.


Will your rooms allow rollaway beds/cribs? Is there a charge? 

Pack-n-Plays are no charge. For information on Roll-Aways please call At Your Service 781-229-6565.

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this? 

Please make changes to your reservation with the company with whom you made the reservation.  We are unable to make changes to 3rd party reservations.

What are the requirements to check into the hotel room?

Please have your photo ID and Credit Card handy at check-in.

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?

48 hour prior notice to cancel a reservation made with Marriott or

I am traveling on Government business, am I tax exempt?

Tax Exempt Status begins after 91 consecutive days of stay.

Is my ID/passport required at check in?

Yes, Photo ID & Credit Card is required at check-in.

Can I check in with my debit card?

We accept debit cards at check-in.  Please note there is a $50.00 per night hold placed on your card.  Please check with your bank as to how quickly holds are removed after you check-out.  Most banks require 3-5 business days to release holds on funds.

Do you have connecting rooms?

Yes, connecting rooms have a privacy, noise reduction door between them.

Do you have accessible rooms?

Accessible rooms are available upon request.  Please call the hotel with your confirmation number to have your accessible room reserved before your arrival.  Subject to availability.

Do you have an early departure fee?

You may depart before 12:00 noon.  We offer a key deposit box at the front desk, if you do not need a copy of your room folio, or you received it under your door and you have no questions.

Have questions about my bill. Who do I call?

Our Front Desk staff is able to assist you with many questions about your bill.  If they need further information or assistance you may be connected to our accounting department.

Can I earn Marriott Rewards Points for my stay?

If you are a Marriott Rewards Member, you will earn points for your stay.

How do I book rooms using my Marriott Reward Points?

You can provide your MR number during the reservation process, at the Front Desk as Check-in, or by calling our At Your Service Representative.  MR points are assigned at Check-out.

I am looking to book a group (10 or more rooms per night). Who do I call? 

Our Sales Team can assist you in setting up a room block of 10 or more rooms per night.  781-221-6617


Do you have a restaurant on property?

CHOPPS American Bar & Grill is our restaurant.  Reservations  can be made at 781-221-6643

Do you have restaurants and bars nearby? 

Yes, and our shuttle can assist you in getting there, within our 1 mile radius of travel.

Do you have room service?
